Pre and Postnatal Massage:
Do something for yourself that you truly deserve at a challenging time like
this. Ease your aching muscles and comfort yourself while also giving your
baby a treat. Your therapist can adapt your massage for any stage of
pregnancy and or postpartum. (60 minutes - $115, 90 minutes - $160)
Newborn/Infant Massage:
A Learning and Bonding Opportunity for Parents and Baby At El Monte Sagrado
we offer 30 and 60 minute treatments. Both offered In-Room and we remind
parents that some babies may not want the full duration of treatment. The 30
minute version of this treatment is specific for newborns however great for
infants over 6 months as well and designed to offer basic massage techniques
to parents in aiding digestion, bowel function, proper muscle development
and tone, sensory perception, relaxation, and other benefits. (In-Room $60)
The 60 minute includes massage techniques to teach parents how to enhance
foot coordination, stimulation of natural systems, greater baby self
awareness of body along with the above mentioned benefits in the 30 minute.
The therapist also discusses with parents the effects of aromatherapy and
special oils and lotions that can be beneficial as well. (In-Room $115)
